GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

SZACBICON 2025 invites abstracts to be presented in the conference. The scientific committee shall review each abstract and the presenters shall be notified of the outcomes and selected authors shall be invited to present poster/papers depending upon originality and appeal of the scientific work.

  • The abstracts submission starts from: 20th November 2024.
  • The deadline for abstracts submission is: 05th January 2025.

Submission Rules

PAPER (ORAL/POSTER) PRESENTATIONS HAVE TO BE DONE IN ONSITE (IN-PERSON) MODE ONLY AT JIPMER, PUDUCHERRY. FACILITY FOR ONLINE PAPER PRESENTATIONS IS NOT AVAILABLE.

  • Abstract should be written in the following structured format not exceeding 250 words:
    • Title of abstract
    • Author Names (Note: Please do not prefix Dr, Mr, Mrs, Prof, etc) & Affiliations-Name of Institution/City/Email
    • Background
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Abstracts must feature original scientific data collected by the author(s).
  • Presentations formats include oral and poster presentations.
  • Submissions solely focused on literature reviews will not be considered.
  • Standard abbreviations may be used.
  • Inclusion of abstract in the scientific program will be considered only after the receipt of registration fee.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in good English and abstract with grammatical syntax errors will not be accepted.
  • Multiple submissions as presenting author are not allowed.

Selection Criteria

  • Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee through a blind review process and scored based upon the Originality, Results and Outcome.

Terms And Conditions

  • The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision about abstract acceptance and its scheduling into the program based on topics and time constraints.
  • All abstracts must be prepared using the abstract submission guidelines.
  • Presenters must not use the session as a marketing opportunity for products\equipment.
  • Multiple submissions as presenting author are not allowed.
